Thank you for showing an interest in joining our virtual people’s panel. The panel is designed to enable us to get feedback on particular topics from a set group of Halton residents on a regular basis. By signing up to be part of the panel, you’ll be invited to complete regular email polls, online questionnaires and surveys that will look into how health and social care bodies deliver their services. Every time we run a survey, we will report back to let you know what our Panel has told us, and how that is being fed in to those who provide and commission our local health and care services to improve the future experiences of people. We intend for this group to reflect the diversity of our population, which is why we will ask for some basic information about you such as age, ethnicity, etc. This is so that we can make sure the People’s Panel is as representative as possible.
As a small incentive to take part, we will also enter every person who completes a survey into a free quarterly draw for a £25 gift voucher.
We ask everyone interested in becoming part of our Virtual People's Panel to complete this application form. It requests your contact details and some background information so that we can make sure we represent the diversity of Halton.
