National Cancer Patient Experience survey

The National Cancer Patient Experience survey allows cancer patients to give feedback on the care they have received. This feedback is used to understand where care is working well and how NHS cancer services across England can be improved.
Results from the survey are used by providers to improve the experience of cancer patients at a national, regional, and local level. The survey is run by Picker on behalf of NHS England.

Taking part in the survey.

The Cancer Patient Experience Survey is for patients who have received an invitation to take part. If you have received a survey in the mail, please share your experiences of cancer care and treatment. If you would prefer to complete the survey online, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Take the survey online’ button below or scanning your personal QR code on the front of the questionnaire. You can enter your access code as it appears on your letter.

If you are being treated for cancer during April, May, June 2025, you may be invited to take part in the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey later in the year.
