The Women’s Health Research Priorities Project is designed to identify the most critical gaps in women’s health knowledge and ensure future research aligns with real-world experiences.

This project would like to hear from a range of voices, including healthcare professionals, representatives of voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, and individuals who access obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) care.

By bringing these perspectives together, WHRP aims to set research priorities that will drive meaningful improvements in care and outcomes for women across the UK.

The first two phases of this project involved over 1,400 respondents and produced a range of research questions with over 4,400 questions and topics proposed. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists have now narrowed this down with some analysis and further prioritisation surveys to under 200 questions falling under 14 women's health topics.
