Putting people first.
We’re proud to publish our latest annual report, capturing a year of listening, learning, and acting on your feedback.

This year:

  • 1,838 people shared their health and care experiences
  • 15,104 people came to us for advice or support
  • We held 276 outreach sessions, reaching over 5,800 people

Thanks to your feedback:

  • Whiston and Warrington Hospitals made changes to signage, letters, staffing, and wheelchair access
  • GP access barriers were highlighted and shared across Cheshire & Merseyside
  • Community voices helped shape local and regional NHS planning

None of this would be possible without our volunteers, staff, partners—and you. Thank you for helping us make care better for everyone in Halton.
