How does it work?

As a member of Virtual Voices, you'll receive invitations to take part in short online surveys, polls, and consultations throughout the year.

These activities explore a range of topics relating to health and social care, helping Healthwatch understand what is working well, where improvements are needed, and what local people want to see in the future.

The feedback we collect is shared with service providers, commissioners, and decision-makers to help shape improvements across Halton and Warrington.
