Beaconsfield GP Practice
Healthwatch Halton carried out an Enter and View visit to Beaconsfield Practice as part of our borough-wide programme of GP practice visits. We spent time observing the environment, speaking with patients in the waiting area, and gathering feedback about access to appointments and people’s experiences of care.
Overall, patients spoke positively about staff and the care they receive once seen, while also highlighting some ongoing challenges around access and communication.

- The practice environment was generally clean and welcoming
- Some patients reported difficulty getting through by phone at busy times and securing appointments
- Mixed confidence in digital access, with some patients preferring telephone or face-to-face contact
