Fir Park Medical Centre – Enter and View visit
Healthwatch Halton carried out an Enter and View visit to Fir Park Medical Centre as part of our programme of GP practice visits across the borough. We spoke with patients during the visit and observed how the practice environment and appointment systems were working on the day.
Patients shared a mix of experiences. Many spoke positively about staff and the care they receive once seen, while others raised concerns about access to appointments and confidence using booking systems.
