Newtown Surgery – Enter and View visit
Healthwatch Halton carried out an Enter and View visit to Newtown Surgery as part of our programme of GP practice visits across Halton. We spoke with patients, observed the shared practice environment, and gathered feedback about access to appointments, communication, and people’s experiences of care.
Patients spoke positively about staff and the care they receive once seen. Feedback highlighted some practical issues linked to the shared building and appointment systems, alongside appreciation for supportive clinical care.
