Brookfields School feedback report

This report summarises concerns raised by parents and families regarding services for children with special needs in Halton, as discussed by the Steering Group at Brookfield School in October 2024.
The issues span healthcare, therapy services, education, and social care, with families expressing frustrations about long waiting times, lack of support, and inadequate services.

Whiston A&E Watch report

On 11 December 2024, Healthwatch Halton and Healthwatch Knowsley conducted a joint Listening Event at Whiston Hospital’s A&E department, gathering first-hand insights into patient experiences. The report highlights both good practice and areas that need improvement.
